Thank you for supporting my small business! Each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized and limited-edition nature of many of the products, all sales are final.
However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If there is an issue with the product you received (such as damage during shipping or a mistake in the order), please contact me within 72 hours of pickup or delivery so I can make it right.
If there is damage to your order and it's not due to a manufacturing issue, you must resolve with the carrier.
To report an issue, please email me at maddyfiles113@gmail.com or message me through Instagram (custom.creations.by.mads) and include: your order number, a brief description of the issue & clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
